Enquiry privacy

Updated 16 October 2026. This information applies to the Verellix Limited website enquiry form.

What you share and why

We use your description of your equipment, problem and desired outcome to understand your enquiry and respond. Your name, reply email and technical details are optional. If you leave out your email, we may not be able to reply. Please do not include passwords, access codes, sensitive personal information or precise security details.

Sending and service providers

Reviewing your enquiry prepares text in your browser. Selecting Send enquiry sends the form information to Web3Forms, our temporary form-delivery provider, which processes it and emails it to Verellix's designated inbox hosted by Google Gmail. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing.

Web3Forms operates from India and uses international infrastructure, including AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner. Its spam checks may share submitters' IP and email addresses with its spam-prevention providers. The form also uses hCaptcha to prevent abuse. These services process information outside New Zealand.

See Web3Forms privacy information, hCaptcha privacy information and Google privacy information.

Storage and choices

We configure Web3Forms to automatically delete new stored submissions after seven days. Emailed copies remain in Verellix's designated Gmail inbox; the seven-day provider setting does not delete those copies. We use enquiry information for responding and relevant follow-up, and aim to keep it only as long as needed for that purpose and applicable record-keeping obligations.

To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form and describe your request, or reply to a previous Verellix email. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry without sending sensitive identity documents. We may need to verify a request before acting.

Delivery

A delivery-service acceptance message means the service accepted your request; it does not promise a response time, book work or guarantee a solution. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form retains your answers on the page so you can try again later.
